Solve the 'Village Pub' issue that has blighted the community.

Create a small community 'building' (equipped with coffee/cakes/WiFi) centrally located in the village for various groups ...Mother & toddlers, Activity Groups, Older Residents, Youth groups, Church groups or for just meeting for a gossip.

Further build of mixed 30 home development, with a focus on specific groups within the community.
